July 5, 2004, Toronto, ON – ENGINEERING.com Incorporated [TSXV: EGN] (the “Corporation”), developer and owner of the ENGINEERING.com online resource and business for engineers, is pleased to announce that it has concluded a Private Placement with Dassault Systèmes for 4,347,826 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (“Common Shares”) at a price of $0.23 per share for a total of $1 million. The Corporation has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the transaction.
