Materials and expenses that are consumed during the process of executing the task can now be managed and reported upon within Collaboration Suite.

Features :
Unit Description
This is a free text field used to describe the unit of measure for the material or expense.
Cost/Unit
A cost is inputted per unit to calculate total cost.
Units Required
Number of units required to complete the task at hand.
Cost
The cost is calculated based on information above. Both estimated and actual costs are tracked and can be reported on.
