Utilizing an easy-to-use on screen editor tasks can be setup, assigned and managed quickly. All the features you need to manage your project are available through the task management area. Multiple methods are avaibable to view tasks that allow the project manager a complete view of project status.

Features :
Easy Setup of Tasks and Subtasks
Tasks and subtasks can be easily added to a project through the task manager using the task manager navigation.
Multiple methods of setting tasks duration and due dates
Individual tasks can be defined with duration and start date, duration and due date and start and due date.
Color coded task status
The task status is displayed in a color code with red being late, yellow overdue and green on track.
Task Notes
Note can be associated with a task. These notes will display as a yellow highlight on task that can be viewed on mouseover on selected to open full task editor.
Quick Task Completion Change
The task status can be quickly changed by selected on the task completion and updated.
Attachment Association
Documents and files stored in the attachment section of a project can be associated to a task. This makes it easy to find documents that are specific to a task.
Task Dependency
Tasks can be setup to be dependant on completion of another task before starting.
Baseline
Baselines can be set for projects allowing for documented changing of task dates.
Task Change Notification
The project manager can receive notification upon changes to the completion status of a task.
Multiple sorting methods for tasks
Tasks can be sorted based on due dates and start dates.
Cut and Paste of Tasks
Tasks can copied and moved through cut and paste functionality saving associated task data.
Tasks Assignments
Tasks can be assigned based on role. This will allow only participants for that role to be assigned to the task.
