Each Quick Collaboration has a document depository that allows all documents associated with a Quick Collaboration to be stored. These documents can be filed in a custom file structure.

A customized folder structure can be setup on a per project basis.
Upload Files
Files can be uploaded to specific folders within the attachment section. Files can be multi-selected for upload or drag-and-dropped into the file upload utility.
Download Files
Single or multiple files can be download to the users local system.
Attachment Association
Documents and files stored in the attachment section of a project can be associated to a task. This makes it easy to find documents that are specific to a task.
Cut and Paste of Attachment Folders and Attachments
Attachments can copied and moved through cut and paste functionality to other folders.
Attachment Clipboard
An attachment clipboard allows for files to be moved to the clipboard and then selectively placed in new folders.
Customizable File Description
Files can have a custom description associated to them.
Quick View
Selecting a file will open with the associated application on the users client system and automatically load the selected file.
Edit
Files in the attachment section can be edited and directly saved back into Collaboration Suite.
Versioning
Collaboration Suite has the ability to keep track of various versions of the same file. Previous versions can be accessed to view or download at anytime.
Locking
Files can be locked in the attachment section so that no other participant can make changes to a file and upload a new version. All participants are able to see who locked the file so that if a change needs to be made, they know who to contact.
