The message board within a Quick Collaboration provides a central location to house all Quick Collaboration email communications. The message allows the sending of messages from within the Quick Collaboration as well as the receiving of message sent with email systems.

Selectable list of message recipients
For each message sent from within the Quick Collaboration the user can customize the recipients.
Mouseover quickview
Placing the mouse over the message subject in the main message board window allows the user to quickly view the message contents without changing browser screens or opening new browser windows.
Ability to send RFQ email
Each Quick Collaboration has it’s own email account. Any participant/supplier for a Quick Collaboration can send emails into the Quick Collaboration for others to see in the message board. Email chain are maintained.
Private or public message
Messages marked as private from within the Quick Collaboration will only be seen within the message board of selected recipients. Messages marked as public will be seen by all participants within a Quick Collaboration. Private messages are highlighted by a lock graphic beside the message.
Email forwarding
All messages that are sent from the message board are also sent to the users regular email account. This allows users to view Quick Collaboration communications without needing to log into the application.
