Quick Collaboration allow users to manage small projects or decision making processes through a simple application. Users are defined and action items specified to users. Users can track their progress on action items and utilize a message board for communications.

Define Participants
Participants can be defined for each Quick Collaboration. Each participant will have equal access rights.
Customize Features
A Quick Collaboration can be customized to add/remove features as required for each Quick Collaboration.
Delayed Start
A Quick Collaboration can be setup and configured without allowing immediate access to invited participants. Only when the Quick Collaboration is started by the owner will the other participants have access.
Quick Collaboration Started Notification
When the owner starts a Quick Collaboration an optional customizable email notification can be sent to each participant alerting them of the addition of a Quick Collaboration.
