The owner of each RFQ can be configured. The reviewer for each RFQ can be configured. The Owner is responsible for reviewing and responding to the supplier quotes.

Ability to add additional participants in the workflow
Additional team members can be added to the workflow process for approval.

Approval sequence configuration
Additional team members added to the workflow can be setup to have a specific approval order through a simple sequence pulldown.

Simultaneous or sequential approval
Each RFQ workflow can have additional team members receive workflow notifications simultaneously or sequentially depending on specific RFQ requirements.
