Each Supplier that has been invited to the RFQ process can log in and review the RFQ. They can make a determiniation if they choose to bid on the RFQ. If they do choose to bid they can attach relevant documents to the RFQ and submit the respsonse. They also have the option of refusing the opportunity to bid.

A formal quotation, engineering drawings or other relevant can be added as attachments to the vendor RFQ response.
Configurable workflow
The vendor can configure the workflow for team members required to approve a response to an RFQ. Multiple team members can be added and simultaneous and sequential approvals obtained.
Decline RFQ
Vendor has the option to easily decline an RFQ. This will send an email notification to the customer of the vendors decision not to bid on the RFQ.
Communicate with customer through message board
The vendor can send private message through the message for further elaboration on the RFQ.
